“The best cannabis POS system

Pros

I am quite impressed with how feature rich this platform is and I also find the helpdesk support excellent.

Cons

There are times when the system gets very glitchy which annoys me.

“Perfect for independent retailers

Pros

It works really well with our POS system (COVA), the menu setup is simple, analytics are solid and we love the abandoned cart feature. Plus with it managing multiple stores is also pretty easy.

Cons

One thing I have noticed is that there are not really any solid SEO features. Each store has its own menu, but ideally customers should be able to switch between stores and still see the same products. Also abandoned cart tracking is limited as it just sends an email but there is no way to track if the customer actually comes back and buys.

“It's a complete software

Pros

Not only is it easy to use but it also allows us to train the team without any problem. Plus the support team is great too whenever we need help.

Cons

Some features do not always work the way we expected but once we get used to how the system thinks, it becomes easier to navigate and get things done.

Pros

I find it really easy to integrate it with Weedmaps. The best thing is that orders just show up right in the queue without any extra steps.

Cons

It runs slow at times. Also I feel like it would be nice if it worked better with iPads for Elo as for now it only supports Windows-based Elos.

Pros

The layout is clean and simple and overall I find it really easy to use.

Cons

We have had bugs pop up from time to time that caused problems like a double scan removing items from the cart but thankfully that one's been fixed. Also it slows down when there are lots of customer profiles and we have to manually clear them out at the end of the day.
