“Excellent customer support”
Pros
This has been very simple to use. The company's customer support has also been excellent and they're willing to tailor the software to match our specific needs. It also integrates with many other apps, including Shopify and others. I would definitely recommend this software.
Cons

Pros
The interface is easy to use and it comes with plenty of features that cover everything I need.
Cons
Every now and then when I open windows they start blinking and I have to click several times before it finally stops.
