“Customer support is good
Pros
The system is easy to use, customer-friendly and has powerful data management. We have this equipment in three of our locations and it helps us keep track of inventory. More importantly, it also serves as a check on any potential misuse or data manipulation by the staff.
Cons
One thing that troubles us is that there are just too many cable connections.

“Support makes the software even better
Pros
It has been a great experience working with the software and ScanQ management. They are always responsive and ready to help with any problems that come up. Plus the management and staff are very knowledgeable about the software. The general manager is amazing when it comes to customer service and support. We are so happy we chose ScanQ for our business and we look forward to many years of working together. So thanks ScanQ, for providing us with such a high-quality and professional product.

“Works just like I hoped
Pros
I have been using this POS since 2003. Their customer support is outstanding and the software itself is great. I would recommend this POS to anyone looking to use it in their business.
Cons
One thing I wish for is weekend support as it would be really helpful.
