“well-rounded solution for modern retail”
Pros
One thing I love about ETP is how well it connects online and offline retail into one unified shopping experience. The analytics are so useful for seeing what's performing well and where improvements can be made. The interface is simple enough to use without feeling overwhelmed. It also handles inventory efficiently while helping keep customers engaged through capable POS and CRM tools.
Cons
Customization can feel somewhat complicated especially for someone who hasn't worked with this type of system before. And even though it connects channels nicely there can occasionally be real-time syncing issues that affect inventory accuracy. The more advanced features can also take longer to learn so some users may need extra training or support before they're fully comfortable with everything.

“feature-rich but laggy”
Pros
It comes with plenty of retail POS features and includes just about all the functions needed. It feels very well equipped overall. I like that there is a broad set of tools available rather than having to look elsewhere for basic retail functionality.
Cons
Performance can be a bit inconsistent at times and the user instructions could be improved to make the system easier to use. When the performance slows down or I need to look something up in the instructions it can add extra time to tasks that should otherwise be fairly routine.
