It has a very user-friendly UI and UX. I can access it from anywhere and it's quick when I need to settle things or check reports remotely.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints about eZee Optimus because it has been giving us all the tools needed to run operations properly.

Using it has been really easy and whenever I need help the customer support team is quick and easy to contact.
Cons

Interface is simple to use for us and the operations are very easy.
Cons
Using it is simple and practical as well and the interface is user-friendly. A recent example was when one order from four departments was printed separately to different printers which showed how useful the system can be.

Pros
One thing that really works well with this tool is how easy the system feels so our staff can handle orders, menus and inventory without much struggle. It helps organize our restaurant operations better, gives real-time visibility into what's happening and makes everyday tasks simpler which ultimately improves the quality of service.
Cons
A couple of issues did arise for us for example sometimes it needs extra customization to fit our specific business needs and that can take a while. On top of that, connecting it with certain third-party systems is not always easy so technical support may be needed to get everything running properly.

It is one of the most user-friendly software tools I've worked with. It's very simple to use and connects really well with Centrix which lets me post room charges directly without any hassle.

it relies entirely on mouse navigation. It would be much better if keyboard usage and shortcuts were added as well.

After using it for more than four years, it has been very convenient to handle and manage day-to-day operations with it.
Cons

Getting started with it was simple and it comes with plenty of switches and options to work with. The customer care team has also been excellent whenever needed.
Cons
