Honestly there is nothing I really like about this system.
Cons
Setting it up is quite difficult. Even though support tries to help but they do not seem to know how to operate the system either. It takes days to get an answer and they still have not resolved my issues with processing cards through Payarc.

“Able to handle rentals like a pro now”
Pros
EZRentOut is amazing as it gives the feel of the top CEO of the rental world with just a few clicks. Also I love how this cloud based, all in one software handles tracking every piece of my rental equipment. It is like having a team of virtual assistants working for me.
Cons
The integration with other platforms is super amazing but sometimes I feel like they are getting too close. It is almost as if they are trying to make me fall so in love with this platform that I can't imagine working without it. But I guess that's a small price to pay for being a teacher for hire.

“Love how it does everything in one place”
Pros
What I liked most about it is how its comprehensive and user friendly features perfectly meet the needs of my company that manufactures and rents out prefabricated workspaces. Plus the ability to seamlessly manage reservations, inventory, recurring rentals, rates and maintenance is proven quite beneficial too.
Cons
While it does have a mobile app, some users may experience occasional glitches or limitations compared to the desktop version. This makes it harder for me to manage my rental business well on the go.

Cons

The ability to easily track gear and see it on a map is really is something I found really helpful.
Cons
Its location services do not always update correctly on the map. And at times I have to find the longitude and latitude manually because the address does not register.

Pros
I love that i have a dedicated account manager who is able to answer all my questions. I would have preferred to have gone through each of the options to set up the customer and business side during on boarding. I like how easy it is to customize different things like the invoice and the service agreement i created. I also really love how easy it is to track order status and update the assets.
Cons
I dont like that i cannot track my expenses that are tied to orders. We are a company that owns a fleet of classic vehicles that require quite a bit of maintenance, along with fuel expenses to haul to and from locations, etc. There is not a way to track expenses in this capacity and i would like to see that change. I would also like to see a PandL of sort for each asset. I can add in the cost of the purchase but the repair and maintenance costs are not pulled together where they can be easily compared to show profitability for each asset. I would have to run reports and do math on each asset to find that. I would ideally like to see a field in the asset screen that shows the total cost of ownership and the total income for the asset. I also would like to see the workorder screen have the ability to book mark where i land if i chose to go to work orders. I dont need to see every WO i ever created, typically if im going to the WO page i want to see the open or in progress items.
