It's much better to deal directly with Clover. I genuinely believe the positive reviews for Falcon are fake and probably posted by friends or family. They come across as professional scammers. I strongly would not recommend working with them for a POS system just to save a little money because I'm sure you'll end up paying much more later. Their customer support is basically nonexistent. They also charged me for several things without my knowledge and gave me incorrect guidance and misleading information.

I got my Clover machine from Falcon and the whole experience has been excellent. Their team offered me a really solid deal and walked me through everything in a clear, understandable way. They were professional and supportive from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for payment solutions.

After buying the Clover duo station and Clover flex for my Desi Delight business, I've been extremely happy with the service I got. Huge credit goes to their staff. They really took the time to understand what my business needed and recommended the right solutions for it. From helping me pick the best devices to assisting with menu setup and integrations, they managed everything with professionalism and genuine care.

My experience was very bad.

They took more than $400 from me. I'd strongly warn other business owners to stay away. I'm even contacting Elavon to try to stop them from selling this POS because they are misleading people. Be careful with them. I believe they were dishonest the entire time. Those glowing reviews seem made up and it feels like they have friends posting them for support. The company comes across as extremely fraudulent so I would not advise anyone to reply to their messages. I'm still asking the same question: where is my refund? They kept blaming Elavon for the charge and told me they couldn't process a refund without Elavon's approval. When I called Elavon myself, they told me Design District was actually the one billing me and that I needed to deal with them directly. I spent months trying to reach Design District but nobody answers the phone or responds. After chasing the Falcon team for weeks I finally learned that Design District is actually their own company. That means they were able to refund me the whole time yet they kept sending me in circles and telling me to contact Elavon, pretending they were trying to help while the refund was fully under their control. They told me the money would be returned in 4 to 5 business days but it has already been two weeks and I still have nothing back. I want my money returned. Until that happens I will keep posting negative reviews.

“Clear walkthrough with a well-priced setup”

I run a small photography business so I needed a POS system that actually fit my setup. Falcon turned out to be a really good choice. Their support team called me and walked me through the different offers and available options in a very clear way. Thanks to their excellent customer service and strong product knowledge, they made the switch feel smooth. I'd recommend Clover. The device is simple to use, very convenient and priced well for small businesses.

The support team delivered an excellent customer experience. They stayed in touch consistently for six months until I was ready to move forward and that persistence is ultimately what earned my business. The setup process was simple, the system has been running well and if we run into an issue, customer support responds immediately.

They withdrew $155 from my bank account and after six weeks and I still haven't received any working terminals. They have given me the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Most of the time they don't reply because of "personal reasons" and when they finally do respond, the excuse is always "human error".

Their sales approach was excellent and gave us the confidence to move forward with the recommended product. We decided to choose the service because of that and we've been very happy with the overall experience.

Their customer support team was a huge help in setting up 3 wireless handheld portable debit machines for my cab company. The pricing was very good and the customer service was excellent. Their team really know what they're doing in their roles. If you need a POS system or debit machine, reach out to them and they'll take care of everything.

Falcon has been a full-package solution for my restaurant. They set us up with the Clover Duo Station, Samsung Kiosk, Clover KDS and the other accessories we needed. Their support staff have been incredibly helpful throughout the process.

I run a restaurant in Kamloops and a few months ago we got the Clover POS system through Falcon. At the start they told us they would provide full support and that if we weren't happy, we could cancel the agreement at any time. Now they're asking for a $4000 cancellation fee instead. Be very careful dealing with a company like this. To this day I haven't received any proper response to my request to cancel the agreement and return the equipment.
