Pros
This software handles the job it's meant for. It tracks rentals and keeps a catalog of the assets tied to them.
Cons
Getting around in it feels complicated. If you're not extremely careful to dot every i and cross every t, the system tends to struggle to keep up. It takes some time to learn and become proficient with but once you get there, it does work well.

“flexible ERP integration”
Pros
Installing and running this software is very easy and tailoring it to our needs has been just as manageable. The level of customization is nearly unlimited and the full ERP integration has been a big advantage for us.
Cons
We notice some lag in screen processing and response times but it only shows up on our heavily customized screens where one field update can trigger calculations across 15 to 20 other fields. Back when we first rolled out Fame mostly out of the box, we did not run into this problem.

Having digital visibility into rental agreements especially with the way it connects to financial products, has been a huge advantage for us.
Cons
SAP can be difficult to manage for a company with a small number of employees.

Pros
FAMe is saving us at least $170k a year just in time alone. It has helped us automate and simplify a lot of our workflows, including scheduling, inventory management and accounting. It also gave us the ability to capture data and produce metrics we did not have access to before.
Cons
Mobile app still does not offer an offline mode.
