Excellent tool

Pros

Working with Field Assist keeps our workflow organized and consistent and it improves the chances of getting approvals faster by collaborating with adjusters in real time to keep everything accurate.

Cons

It came with a poor work-life balance, constant pressure, low pay, micromanagement and an unhealthy work culture, plus the application could sometimes be unstable.

Good fit for small teams

Pros

Setting it up is very easy and using it day to day doesn't take much effort for me. It works well for startup companies in FMCG and CPG especially those with fewer than 100 users. It also offers useful tools for tracking attendance, orders and sales rep performance.

Cons

Product doesn't feel ready for enterprise-level needs in my view. The functions are fairly basic and it lacks more advanced AI capabilities. Overall the feature set is limited.
