“Saves us time”
Pros
The support from their team has been really good. They are flexible and open to every request we have made. Once the tool is set up, it is quite simple to use. The dashboard options and automatic alerts have saved us a lot of time.
Cons
From time to time it produces false alerts and inaccurate readings. It can be fixed by notifying the technical team but it is still an issue. I also miss having the option to manually add clients or products.

Pros
What we appreciate most about it is the outstanding customer service. The support team has been spectacular.
Cons
The interface could probably be a bit more user friendly for us although overall it's still fine.
