“keeps pace with the industry”

Pros

This software is a great fit for the flower business which I think comes from the fact that it was developed by a florist and an IT specialist. It feels like they built it with the future in mind because it's kept up with changing technology and offers features that other programs simply don't have. Being cloud-based is a huge plus too, since I can access it anytime, anywhere, from any device.

Cons

I've got nothing bad to say.

“Instant cloud updates, no lag”

Pros

Since the system is cloud-based, it lets you make instant changes from anywhere in the world. There's no lag. They show up on the EPOS immediately. Floral frog helps me manage accounts, deliveries and plenty more besides. The support team are fantastic and always just a phone call away. I'd highly recommend it to any florist owner as it has quickly become the backbone of my business.

Cons

From my experience there really aren't any negatives to this system.

“automatic VAT handling”

Pros

Getting invoices out so quickly helps me get paid faster. The program also takes care of my VAT automatically and organizes my deliveries for each day as well. It's an incredible time saver and I absolutely love it.

Cons

There's nothing I dislike about this software. It's been perfect for what I need.
