“Saves time and cash
Pros
I really wish I would started using Floranext years ago, instead of losing so much money with other website providers who took a big cut from each order. With it I know exactly what I am being charged and there are no hidden fees. I highly recommend this company!

“Perfect pick for floral startups
Pros
What I liked most about it was how they made my transition as a new owner so easy. The website was already set up and the pricing was all in place. They took the time to walk me through the site and were always available whenever I had questions.

“Worth every penny
Pros
The learning curve was quick. I mean I did not have to spend much time understanding what to do and how to do it. If you have used other e-commerce software before, you'll have no problem with this. Plus uploading pictures and setting holiday pricing is really easy too.
Cons
The price is always a consideration but honestly, I feel like for a busy shop the $180 per month for the package is totally worth it just for the time saved.

Pros
It covers nearly all of my needs and we are really happy with it.
Cons
One of our biggest issues is the duplicate customer problem and we cannot consolidate them without Floranext's help. Also I really wish we could see the full list in alphabetical order to go through it letter by letter and tackle it.

“Fits our needs perfectly
Pros
Floranext makes it very easy for us to write and create different proposals. Florals are pre-loaded and I just need to enter the cost. Also it is totally effective for a small business owner.
Cons
It would be great if I could copy pictures directly from websites instead of having to save them to my computer first.

What I love is that they handle most of the tasks for you. And best of all they really put your business out there.
Cons
Customer service could be better mainly when I need immediate assistance but overall, I cannot really complain about anything.

“Wish I had found it sooner
Pros
It is easy to use and it is simple to introduce it to new employees. Also it integrates really well with QuickBooks and the proposal section is very easy to work with. It even generates a worksheet, a menu card and even tells me what needs to be ordered.
Cons
The only real issue I had was connecting to Stripe. I accidentally ordered the wrong equipment and it took forever to fix.

“Love how it brings everything together
Pros
Floranext provides a user friendly POS that makes it easy for our upper management to train new staff. Also the POS even corrects you when something is missing and is easy to follow. In today's online ordering world, the website lets you manage things yourself, giving you the flexibility to add or change products or inventory whenever you need to. Also clients love how easy the website is to navigate. The proposals for weddings and events are amazing too giving clients all the details to avoid mistakes. Plus the built-in payment link saves time for both the client and the business.
Cons
After the latest update, there are a few things I have noticed that were addressed by them, like removing stock pictures and allowing cut and paste for website descriptions. That said the team is still working on more updates.
