Pros
With GlossGenius online booking for clients is very easy, even checkout with it is quick and I love the automatic reviews in receipts. Moreover all the buttons are so handy too. Overall It really does everything I need, plus the website templates are cute and easy to use.
Cons
Well it is frustrating that I cannot combine services when clients accidentally book two appointments on the same day. Plus I cannot transfer deposits if an appointment is cancelled. When using text and email marketing, I only want to reach regular clients, not banned ones. Also I would love it if they were automatically removed from the marketing list.

Booking clients is so simple with GlossGenius and it's just as easy for them to book through our site. Plus tracking inventory and sales is way too simple than I expected.
Cons
I wish I could easily move appointments by tapping and dragging to extend or shrink them.

Pros
I love getting text reminders to leave notes, plus the service sends my clients plenty of reminders and confirmation requests which is awesome. Asking clients for reviews is also easy and it integrates perfectly with my website.
Cons
The portfolio gallery could be smarter and easier to update. Also I would like the most recent photos to show up first rather than the oldest. And I wish the social media templates were more advanced, with better quality, more options and more customization. It would also be awesome if I could send longer text messages and include more images in email marketing. Moreove I love to see some AI integrations across the platform especially for forms and waivers.

One thing I like the most is that the app combines everything in one place from sales to retail, website, expenses and everything I need for taxes. All this is really helpful during tax season.
Cons
The website setup could definitely be better. The layouts and pictures are not great and I am not too keen on the booking site. I am actually planning to build a new website and just add the booking link there.

I find it really is easy to use and user friendly and my clients find the website quite easy to navigate too.
Cons
Well I would love to be able to add more than one credit card to a client's file and I like to use gift cards as a payment method. Also it would be nice if the gift cards were stored in the app instead of being paid out at the end of the day so I could use them for transactions.

It is so easy to use and I love the added ability to keep track of my expenses.
Cons
If it offer more options for website views I would like it even more. Also when entering expenses, I have to zero out the numbers first. It would be better if the system just took the values.
