Pros
The dashboard is fantastic as it is comprehensive and pretty easy to navigate giving us excellent control over both daily and yearly events.
Cons
There is nothing major to mention because they are always open to feedback and willing to listen to our ideas.

Pros
Hana Florist POS integration with card payments is seamless and I find it really easy to use. Plus the app syncs perfectly which make it great for managing delivery routes and confirming deliveries.
Cons
I wish it was a bit easier to display icons or other items in-store especially around holidays to help with sales.

“Has so many features for such a low cost
Pros
I love that Hana is accessible from any web browser. Also it is perfect for adding consoles during busy times or entering orders on the go. And the automatic emails and app updates are great for keeping customers informed about where their orders are and when they will be delivered.
Cons
Sometimes certain functions are not very easy to use but once I understand how and why to use them they are simple. Also it does take a while to load at times.

Pros
It is easy to use and the delivery feature is extremely useful which makes the whole process much more efficient for us.
Cons
There is a delay between deliveries. Also when I need to clear a delivery batch I have to do it one at a time which can be slow. Plus I feel like it would be helpful to have a faster way to do this. Additionally statements don't always get delivered to the recipient.

Pros
The integration went smoothly and is easy to use. But what stands out the most is the lightning-fast tech support. It is incredibly reassuring for me to know they are always on top of things so I do not have to wait around if I run into any issues.
Cons
My only problem is the occasional glitches. I know it is newer software so hiccups are expected but sometimes they are inconvenient.

Pros
My experience with Hana has been the best. I feel like communication is key to understanding customer needs and they are always in touch when needed to resolve any issues. With so many options for different types of customers it is definitely better than other POS systems in the market.
Cons
Updating photos used to be tricky for us because we had to contact them each time we wanted to update pictures on the website. After a bit of practice though we got the hang of it and now we can do it without issues. The good thing is that they provide all the tools you need to take control of your website which is useful when you need to make quick updates.

“Truly a remarkable system
Pros
The software is really user friendly for our florist business. It organizes everything needed for designers and delivery staff in a clear layout. Also it has a powerful customer database with features like House Accounts and Monthly Statements. Plus the reporting system is great for financial and performance analysis and it even includes a solid marketing tool for email campaigns and reminders.
Cons
I honestly cannot think of any downsides as their customer service does an excellent job of handling issues like system glitches or feedback. The only thing I would find useful is a Report Writer. As there are times when I need to pull specific data for my business and that feature would be perfect for businesses with unique needs. Other than that everything is fantastic.

Pros
Hana Florist POS's most impactful features are the dashboard which shows completed and pending deliveries and the ability to track orders for a specific day. Also I find it very useful to look up customer history, save their credit card info and send them order and delivery confirmation emails automatically.
Cons
The integration with QuickBooks needs improvement. As the mapping and payment reconciliation process once the data moves into QuickBooks is not seamless.

Pros
I love that this software is an all in one solution for my business. The best thing is that it handles everything from daily orders and wedding/event contracts to email marketing, customer rewards, feedback, inventory management and much more.
Cons
There are still a lot of bugs to work through. As we have had issues with payments not posting correctly or syncing with the credit card processor. Whenever there is an update we usually run into big problems. The system has also gone down a few times and since we rely on it for taking orders thats been a huge issue for us.

“Essential for retail florists
Pros
It is fairly simple, web-based and has everything we need to be more successful. It handles accounting, invoicing, sales reports, integrates with QuickBooks and merchant services and supports orders through phone, web and walk-ins. Plus I like that it schedules deliveries and integrates with other services. I would say it is a smart choice so ditch the wire services and watch your profits grow. Because Hana does it all.
Cons
I would like to see an improved delivery manager system. It is important for us to document every delivery accurately whether it is for customer complaints, customers questioning our service or for future reference when someone requests a similar delivery. But for now the system only lets drivers upload one low-quality photo and I would prefer having the ability to upload multiple high-quality photos and detailed notes. As everything is digital now so it should be easier. We currently use a third-party tool to better manage deliveries.

As florists we are more creative than tech-savvy but learning the Hana POS system was easy and highly effective. The system is fantastic and I am constantly amazed by their customer support and ease of use. As they are always available to help. After trying a POS built by florists for florists we realized just how much better this one is. After 116 years of doing everything manually, it has made our work life so much easier and more productive. And now I am a lifelong customer.
Cons
NOTHING at all. As I have not found anything I would change or want to improve.

Pros
Hana is designed specifically for flower shops so integrating it into our business was a simple and quick task. Plus being cloud-based and accessible from anywhere has been a massive improvement over our old software. Plus their customer service via chat is exceptional.
Cons
The product itself is well thought out but it can be glitchy now and then. Though a page reload usually fixes the problem. But one minor thing I noticed is that the proposal function is not great.

The delivery app is a great feature as it lets me confirm to customers that their flowers have been delivered.
Cons
Sales reports treat proposals as quotes which can be inaccurate. Even when a proposal is accepted the price may change causing issues when I am calculating quarterly sales taxes. This means I have to take extra steps to get everything right. I am not sure how this could be fixed though.
