“User-friendly interface”
Pros
I love the interface which is well-structured, user-friendly and self-explanatory with an easy setup process.
Cons
It is too heavily oriented toward small service providers, particularly with features like the "remaining slots" offer. This is unfortunate as such feature could also be useful in many other areas such as event ticket sales.
