Pros
It is a pretty simple platform to use online and I really like how quick and easy it is to run reports and view them.
Cons
The POS system feels outdated to me and is not very user-friendly when it comes to making updates or getting around the interface.

“Good tool but awful payment issues
Pros
The system is easy to navigate and their support team is amazing. When I call someone always answers fast and takes care of the issue right away.
Cons
Their billing team has been a nightmare. They have changed our payment terms and taken money from our account without approval. After seven years of using this that alone makes me want to walk away.

“Works but not perfect
Pros
We are considering upgrading our current HungerRush setup and Lisa and Kelsey have been nothing but honest and helpful. Overall I would say it was quite a refreshing experience compared to some I had in the past.
Cons
Tech support does not always come through while I get that some problems are user-related, they should not assume that right from the start of every call.

I really appreciate how fast and friendly the customer support team is whenever we need help.
Cons
It did not offer all the tools we needed which is disappointing as running a full-service restaurant, we really needed something a lot easier to use.

The whole process is smooth. Also it is way too easy to work with and the customer service is my favorite as it is simply outstanding.

“Powerful team and support is also improving
Pros
HungerRush platform is powerful and does a lot. I especially like the online features and all the different tools it offers.
Cons
In the past support was not the best with both hardware and software setups and I would say those experiences were not good overall.

“Customer support is superb
Pros
The way it connects with DoorDash and UberEats is awesome. Also it texts customers with updates on their orders. Plus the support team is always helpful and gives it their all so they definitely deserves recognition. You guys are doing a great job.
Cons
Menu consistency across locations is still lacking. Also I feel like it would be helpful to have a universal brand menu for shared items but still allow tweaks for specific stores like having the same food at all spots but letting each place handle its own drink list.

They offer the most complete, fully integrated setup I have seen and it is very reliable too.
Cons
Well we are still in the process of trying to get more systems to connect with it. Other than this I have nothing else to say.

What I love is that it is all built-in. Unlike other POS providers that make you buy features one by one this one comes complete.
Cons
Reaching the accounting team is a struggle as any time we run into billing issues, it is almost impossible to get in touch.

“The best for delivery businesses
Pros
The delivery features are top-tier and the system overall is so easy to use. Plus being able to pull timecards and driver reports straight from the platform is proven highly beneficial for us.
Cons
The cost is a bit too steep than some other options I have come across. Plus it'd be awesome if there were more third-party integrations. Also please add Slice and GrubHub support.

“Works as a magician for us
Pros
It is really simple to build menus and set up coupons. We use Restaurant365 for accounting and the integration works perfectly. Also the delivery system even links with maps to give ETAs. Support is also available 24/7 and they have improved a lot as we never wait long.
Cons
We would really like to see more integration options. We were pumped about the Uber Eats integration and want more like that. Also the reporting tool sometimes bugs out and we have to refresh to fix it which is doable but a bit annoying. Also an automatic driver dispatch system would be a big upgrade over doing it manually.

“My favorite compared to others
Pros
HungerRush platform is pretty easy to use especially with the reports, inventory and time tracking all built in. I have never looked at another POS and thought ours was missing something as it already does everything so well.
Cons
One thing I wish it had was self-service kiosks as it'd help manage lines better. Plus mobile card readers for delivery drivers would be a great feature too.

Pros
Huge shoutout to our customer success manager who always helps us out when we hit snags. They go above and beyond to solve issues and teach us more about using the system. Even others are also amazing and support us with all our marketing needs.
Cons
It'd be great if our surveys had a link so customers could leave us a Google review. Also tech support sometimes does not fully understand the problem, so we end up wasting time explaining things before it gets fixed.
