quick adoption and local tax support

Pros

Getting the system up and running was easy and our staff learned to use it without much trouble. Another big plus has been the team's ability to handle tax-related situations that are specific to our country.

Cons

Since it is probably still a newer implementation in the market, some fixes have taken a little longer than expected at times.

automated my tasks

Pros

It lets me automate tasks and it also helps me handle DGI electronic invoicing.

Cons

Some functions are hard to find and the screen view doesn't let me adjust different sizes the way it should.

Efficient franchise management

Pros

Franchise management is excellent and they respond very quickly when new requirements come up. Data security is amazing and the platform also stands out for loyalty programs, promotions and advanced commercial management. On top of that they partner with some of the best restaurant software on the market, like MarketMan, Shogo and OpenTable and they clearly keep a constant focus on innovation in the industry.

Cons

It still needs stronger integration with last-mile marketplaces, better flexibility to build custom reports and simpler, ongoing access to the integration API so data can be extracted, consumed and monetized more effectively.
