“lacks full reporting functionality”
Pros
It is very easy to get new employees up to speed since the software is so simple.
Cons
It doesn't give us full access to all of its reporting tools or functions. Even with the tools I can use I'd still want more detailed reporting options so searches can drill down into more specific items.

“Very slow login”
Pros
Having a software that lets us look up customer information so easily is really useful.
Cons
The only issue is that the login process is slow. It takes far too long for us to get in.
