easy to use

Pros

The interface is clean and the software itself is very easy to use.

Cons

I'm not sure whether language settings are available. If they are that would be helpful and if not I think adding them would make the software better.

Efficient software

Pros

One thing I appreciate most about IT Retail is how fast and efficient it is.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about IT Retail or anything I liked least.

awful product with zero support

Pros

Honestly there's nothing positive I can say about this system. It's difficult to set up, frustrating to use, the processor is slow and overall it's just terrible.

Cons

Customer support is basically nonexistent. When my staff called for help with the many problems, their representatives actually yelled at them. In a single week, we spent more than 10 hours dealing with support calls. They also promised QuickBooks integration with great reporting but that never delivered. The sales reports are terrible. The restaurant POS is a mess and full of glitches they refuse to fix. The retail POS is just as bad and often rings up items incorrectly. You can enter an item, save it and then somehow it just disappears. If I had any way to get my money back, I would. Stay far away from this system.

Cloud sync works perfectly

Pros

The way backend stays synced with the front end through the cloud is truly amazing. It makes everything feel connected and reliable.

Cons

I just wish there were more ways to get hands-on with the settings and adjust things myself.

Pros

Their support agent did a really good job and got the system set up quickly. I'm very happy with the service.

Cons

confusing reports

Pros

I appreciate is how quickly support picks up the phone.

Cons

The back reports are really confusing, hard to read and they do not download very well.

Pros

Simple setup

Pros

The system is user friendly and it's easy to reach IT support whenever help is needed.

Cons

A downside is that there's no in-person support. When we first started using the system, having some on-site training would have been really helpful.

User-friendly for every age

Pros

It is very user friendly and simple to pick up. Even our employees in their 50s were able to learn it without much trouble which says a lot about how approachable it is.

Cons

The only improvement I would suggest is having more interface customization options, like being able to change the colors or adjust the text size.

Pros

Being able to call support is a big plus and the system becomes pretty user-friendly once you get the hang of it.

Cons

I'd rather not have to be on a computer but that really isn't anything specific to IT Retail.

front-end and database work brilliantly

Pros

The combination of the front-end workflow and the back-end database has really helped our business run successfully.

user-friendly with quick support

Pros

Getting started with it was easy and the interface is very user friendly. The support articles are genuinely helpful and when we called phone support was fast with barely any wait time.

Cons

The only issue we ran into was that a label printer from our previous system wasn't compatible.

Quick support available

Pros

One of the best parts is the POS front end and the customer service. I also appreciate that I do not have to stay on the line waiting for customer support.

Cons

It is simple to use and I really have no complaints. Overall, I'm happy with the software.
