The best option to modernize your business

Pros

There are two things that stand out to us. Firstly the customer service. As whenever we run into an issue their team is quick to respond often with a dedicated person and a phone call that sorts things out. Secondly their software has helped us take our business to the next level. Our website is fully integrated with our physical store and I can access the whole system from anywhere. Whether I am at home or out, I can update our website or assist staff with sales. Checking daily totals or showing our full product lineup from anywhere is now very easy. Honestly it is an amazing system and way simpler to use than what we had before.

Cons

A few issues come up here and there since it is a newer system but even then, their team has been really helpful in fixing things for us. So I am not planning to go too hard on them for that.

I am happy with it!

Pros

I find it easy to use and I love that we can access it from anywhere.

Cons

The e-commerce website could definitely use some updates. Everything else is fine for me.
