Pros
They have built it with the latest tech specifically considering jewellery stores and it really shows. Plus I find the reporting tools are also easy to use, and their customer service is top notch.
Cons
Well we have been using it for more than 15 years and whenever something came up, Logic Mate customer support team was always quick to help us out.

Learning how to use it was not at all a problem and honestly, it can do way more than the one I was using before.
Cons
To customize reports, I always need to reach out to customer support. I feel like it would be great if I had the option to make those changes on my own.
