“Good Software, with Strings Attached”
Pros
In my opinion, Liberty4Consign offers the most comprehensive set of features for Resale, Consignment and Antique Mall retailers. It covers everything you need for managing vendors, customers, inventory, purchases and generating reports. The Cloud option reduces the risk of data loss and minimizes time spent on software updates. While the support is generally responsive, not all technicians are equally skilled at resolving issues.
Cons
All the features come with a complexity hit, and training our staff beyond the basics proved to be nearly impossible. As a result, we rarely had the opportunity to utilize these features. The softwares design and usage felt outdated, clearly highlighting its nature as a complex database application. The cloud hosting often froze, necessitating a reset either by ResaleWorld Support or myself as the stores admin user. The sales model was particularly inconvenient and frustrating, as we had to purchase one item/service to access another. For example, the Cloud subscription offered free tech support only when subscribed to a tag purchase plan (and the tags were marked up to cover the cost). Utilizing automated consignor emailing required integration with ReCommerce, another paid service. To receive complete support, we had to purchase printer hardware through them, incurring significant additional costs. Reports: Although the software included many usable reports, modifying or creating custom reports often led to unpredictable outcomes. Exporting data into Excel, a commonly used tool for data analysis, was daunting due to numerous export options, Libertys rounding of dollar amounts, inclusion/omission of random data bits, and exporting in a challenging format.

Pros
I find the website feature that allows consignors to access their account information really valuable. It benefits both us and the consignors!
Cons
I find the area where you run reports overly and unnecessarily complicated. I have had less-than-ideal experiences with tech support. It would be great to have quicker access to tech support, although I understand the companys perspective on the matter.

“This is the Best Investment to grow and Manage your Business”
Pros
I am impressed by the ease of use and the range of features! The software is highly flexible and allows us to run reports that provide insights into our inventory, busiest days for staffing purposes, top-selling and slow-selling items and much more. The Resale Rewards program ensures our consignors keep coming back. We used to have a punch card system that cost us money, but Resale Rewards tracks everything for our customers on their mobile devices and they absolutely love it.
Cons
Honestly, there are no downsides. Its like having the best employee you could ever ask for! The software works for you, not the other way around.

Pros
This software will significantly boost your stores income in multiple ways. It saves time and provides accurate information about your current status at any given moment.
Cons
It has tremendous untapped potential, but there is no way for me to learn without traveling long distances. I wish there was a version specifically catered to furniture consignment, including all the related categories. Additionally, I hope the Wish List feature can become more detailed and automated.
