Pros

I absolutely love how easy it is to learn and use Liberty Consignment. Their customer service is exceptional and I am impressed with the ease of printing reports under different categories as well.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything specific that I dislike about Liberty Consignment. The program is so exceptional that I haven't encountered any issues. It is so thorough that I am still discovering all its capabilities. I am definitely not disappointed!

Pros

The softwares resale management is powerful, customizable and the support is excellent. What impresses me the most is the team behind it and their dedicated approach to solving client issues. They constantly evolve the system to keep up with the changing business landscape and meet new needs.

Cons

The level of customization it offers can sometimes lead to mistakes by new staff members. The price codes are great but require careful control and shouldn't be entrusted to employees with little training.

Pros

The inventory management and POS functionality of Liberty have thrilled us. The integration with Payment Logistics for credit card processing has streamlined our checkout process. Paying consignor commissions has become easy and quick. The interface with QuickBooks has greatly improved and simplified our bookkeeping tasks which makes the preparation of our monthly financial statements much easier.

Cons

Our plan is to implement ACH payments for our consignors in the future but unfortunately, Liberty doesn't support that feature.

Pros

Liberty makes inventory management a simple task. I can easily track sales, product quantities, outstanding payments and more.

Cons

Some parts of the software have a learning curve, although the tech support has improved significantly compared to the past.

Pros

I have been using Liberty4 Consignment for the past 10 years, and it is one of the best consignment tracking software available. It offers numerous great features for pricing products, printing labels, processing payouts to consignors and keeping my reports up to date. The support team is supreme, always active in message boards and ready to assist at any time. They listen to our concerns and help develop solutions. This software company not only meets basic needs but also adapts to its users needs.

Cons

I wish it had more options for online integration, but it has made significant progress. Additionally, having more features for retail purchases would allow for better integration with my full-price store. However, I am aware that they are actively working on it.

Liberty Consignment Rocks!
Pros

Liberty is a comprehensive package with add-on modules available as your store expands or your processes change. When I opened my store 15 years ago, it was more than I needed but as we expanded three times over the years, Liberty grew with us and even guided us towards the need for expansion.

Cons

Honestly, there is not much to say here. Like any software, there are occasional glitches that require workarounds, but the Liberty support team diligently works to address and incorporate the necessary changes.

The tech support team is knowledgeable, helpful and highly patient. The last time I called, I was assisted by a kind and understanding female tech who spoke my language. I hope to have her assistance every time, although I must emphasize that the entire team is amazing! Thanks, peeps!

Pros

Without a doubt, this is one of the most practical POS systems available, especially for high-end and high-profit items like furniture! It simplifies the process of tracking the purchase price until ownership is transferred.

Cons

It would be great if the pricing could be more competitive compared to other systems but considering that it pays for itself with just one sale a week, its still worth it.

Pros

The flexibility of this software is remarkable. Although we are not a consignment shop but an artists collective, it still works perfectly for us. The reports are easy to follow and capture all the information we need. The technical support is always there for me!

Cons

It would be more convenient if I could directly export the reports to my email account. Currently, I have to print everything out and scan it before sending them via email.

The programs flexibility is outstanding. As a CO-OP with 23 individual businesses under one roof, we can easily keep track of everything. Moreover it is user-friendly for members with various skill sets. The numerous prompts and excellent help menu make it even easier to use. The support provided goes above and beyond expectations.

Cons

I honestly cannot find a single downside. I highly recommend this product. Take the time to configure it according to your specific needs and explore all the options available.

Pros

In my opinion, Liberty4Consign offers the most comprehensive set of features for Resale, Consignment and Antique Mall retailers. It covers everything you need for managing vendors, customers, inventory, purchases and generating reports. The Cloud option reduces the risk of data loss and minimizes time spent on software updates. While the support is generally responsive, not all technicians are equally skilled at resolving issues.

Cons

All the features come with a complexity hit, and training our staff beyond the basics proved to be nearly impossible. As a result, we rarely had the opportunity to utilize these features. The softwares design and usage felt outdated, clearly highlighting its nature as a complex database application. The cloud hosting often froze, necessitating a reset either by ResaleWorld Support or myself as the stores admin user. The sales model was particularly inconvenient and frustrating, as we had to purchase one item/service to access another. For example, the Cloud subscription offered free tech support only when subscribed to a tag purchase plan (and the tags were marked up to cover the cost). Utilizing automated consignor emailing required integration with ReCommerce, another paid service. To receive complete support, we had to purchase printer hardware through them, incurring significant additional costs. Reports: Although the software included many usable reports, modifying or creating custom reports often led to unpredictable outcomes. Exporting data into Excel, a commonly used tool for data analysis, was daunting due to numerous export options, Libertys rounding of dollar amounts, inclusion/omission of random data bits, and exporting in a challenging format.

I have a real mixed review that is only partially fair due to my outdated software.
Pros

I find the website feature that allows consignors to access their account information really valuable. It benefits both us and the consignors!

Cons

I find the area where you run reports overly and unnecessarily complicated. I have had less-than-ideal experiences with tech support. It would be great to have quicker access to tech support, although I understand the companys perspective on the matter.

This is the Best Investment to grow and Manage your Business
Pros

I am impressed by the ease of use and the range of features! The software is highly flexible and allows us to run reports that provide insights into our inventory, busiest days for staffing purposes, top-selling and slow-selling items and much more. The Resale Rewards program ensures our consignors keep coming back. We used to have a punch card system that cost us money, but Resale Rewards tracks everything for our customers on their mobile devices and they absolutely love it.

Cons

Honestly, there are no downsides. Its like having the best employee you could ever ask for! The software works for you, not the other way around.

Pros

This software will significantly boost your stores income in multiple ways. It saves time and provides accurate information about your current status at any given moment.

Cons

It has tremendous untapped potential, but there is no way for me to learn without traveling long distances. I wish there was a version specifically catered to furniture consignment, including all the related categories. Additionally, I hope the Wish List feature can become more detailed and automated.
