Such a great company

Pros

Since it is built specifically for our industry, they really get our needs and the kinds of issues we deal with.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve involved with some features but I always get the help and answers I need whenever I reach out.

Great software

Pros

It is an all in one solution which handles both retail and eCommerce and works seamlessly with major suppliers. I feel like everyone should use it once!

Cons

It has gone down a few times during really busy hours which is not ideal mainly when our store's are packed.

Easy to learn and use

Pros

The POS system is great. Also it is easy to use and simple to train our new employees on. Over time they have added useful updates like better inventory search which proven highly beneficial too.

Cons

As the company's grown I feel like they have definitely had to learn along the way. Like it is a little frustrating when certain issues do not get fixed quickly. Right now the issues are email related but they are getting better.

Love it

Pros

I have noticed that support has gotten a lot better lately. One of the reps we worked with was amazing too and overall the support team has really stepped it up.

Cons

Really wish there was 24/7 support for those of us working late especially around 2 a.m.

Provides excellentt customer service

Pros

The system is easy to use and their customer service is great. It takes a bit longer to reach someone now probably because more businesses are using them, but overall to me they are still an awesome company to work with.

Cons

Honestly if there was anything I did not like I would not be using it at all.

Simply amazing

Pros

Integration between the POS and the retail store is smooth as it allows us to keep everything in sync.

Cons

The cost is it a bit too high and could be a bit more affordable but we get that you usually get what you pay for.

A great partner to work with

Pros

The team is very friendly and helpful. Also the training was really thorough and it is great that we can access all the training modules whenever we need.

Cons

So far, I have not come across anything I do not like about it.
