“Works great on our Magento backend

Pros

We were looking for a POS solution that was already integrated and ready to work with Magento. After doing a lot of research to find the best, quick and easy to use option, we found there were not many choices except for Magestore. The POS system they offer is quite user-friendly, works right out of the box and met all our needs. But even after the integration we had some additional requirements and issues and Magestore worked closely with us and professionally to resolve them.

Cons

Well we understand that things take time to get integrated and developed but we just wish it had been a bit faster.

Pros

We have just started using the POS system and during installation, some issues came up that affected our website. The Magestore team quickly solved those problems and is always ready to help whenever there is any confusion. Their service has been excellent. The POS Lite system is easy to use and it helps keep our inventory management up to date.

Cons

Honestly there is nothing I can think of. The service is really good and if anything needs adjusting, they make sure the system works well with your website.

The speed is simply amazing. Also the POS syncs quickly and is really responsive which is great for our team in the shop.

Cons

Not much to complain about except maybe an option to customize the receipt template. But honestly it is not a big deal for us.

Magestore communication is great and they can actually do what we ask them to.

It can be a complicated program but they really knows how to implement it. So far it has outperformed all the other POS systems we have worked with in every way.

The POS checkout works very well and it integrates well with the cash register at my offline store.

I find some of the settings little too complex especially for businesses with multiple warehouses and sales points.

“Nice option for beginners

The integration done by the Magestore team was fine and works decent for us.

Cons

What could be improved? Well as a beginner, I would have preferred more help with configuring printers, barcode scanners and cash drawers. Because the barcode printing was hard to configure. When customers buy gift cards, our salesperson has to go to the Magento backend to find the gift code. Also the translation for gift cards on the website was missing and the gift card printout should be in a standard format so customers can print it easily. Customizing the delivery method requires development work and there is no gift receipt option.

Pros

When I first started my business I really did not want to deal with two separate systems for the POS and online store which meant manually syncing everything. That is when we decided to use the Magestore POS system and from day one, it solved that problem for us. Also it saved us so much time and money in the long run and we did not have to sync sales from multiple sources. I highly recommend this solution.

Cons

I do not know if it is a con or not but upgrade cycles can make the costs go up over time.

Managing both in store and website stock in one system has been very easy for us now.

Not at the moment. Everything is working perfectly for me and I do not have any concerns or drawbacks.
