Pros

The reporting feature is simply the best. Also I find it really easy to set up regular reports, tweak the data and generate them quickly.

Cons

I cannot think of any thing of anything I dislike. I have tried so many retail software systems and this one is definitely the best by far.

“Works well if you are properly trained

Pros

Mi9 is quite like other retail POS systems but it offers features customized to our different needs. Plus I would say it becomes really useful when you get the proper training.

Cons

If you just give someone the training manual and expect them to dive into the program, they'll probably miss out on a lot of the benefits. So I would recommend experimenting with it to fully get the most out of the program.
