Pros
What I really love about Modisoft is how easily I can manage my price book. Also it has been a huge help in keeping track of margins much better.
Cons
When I first started using it, I was not a fan of their customer service tech department at all. But I have to say there is been a huge improvement and now the customer service is really great.

“The most reliable system”
Pros
I highly recommend it and rate it 5 out of 5. It gives us a full view of every part of our business that too all in one place. What is even better is that how easy it is to use and their customer service is also the best.
Cons
Every now and then a few bugs and glitches pop up on the website. But nothing to serious!

Pros
We really like the fact that for just $89 a month, with no setup fees we get the whole package. No other company in the industry offers this kind of value. Plus if we need a feature for our business, the the team will actually look into adding it for us.

“Easy to use”
Pros
One thing I really like is how efficient and easy it is to use. Our processes have become so much more time-efficient from placing inventory orders to restocking goods and even streamlining payments which eventually allows us to serve more customers.
Cons
I feel like the processing time could definitely be faster.
