“Outdated POS with constant failures”
Pros
If you want a cloud-based POS that fails to update, won't print tickets, reopens checks that were already closed, removes credit card payments and comes with a long list of other problems while offering no customer support, I would say this one fits the list. In 2021 there really isn't anything this system handles well. At best it feels outdated and the newer features don't work the way they're advertised.
Cons
Basically everything it attempts to do is a con.
