The POS software includes a range of features and configuration options that can support our complex business operations but only if this tool worked properly.
Cons
Every new release seems to come packed with bugs and technical support is basically nonexistent. It also feels like NCR is no longer putting real investment into this software package.

“too complex for smaller teams”
Pros
It provides us with retail and inventory management tools especially when it comes to the financial side of purchasing, receiving, selling and tracking inventory loss in accounting.
Cons
The system felt overly extensive for what we needed. It seems much better suited to larger operations where many users are working in the same system. It's clearly designed for businesses with multiple locations, multiple departments and different user access levels.

“They keep asking for money”
Pros
At the beginning when the system was actually working and support was available it was okay. But after paying them $7,500 we ended up stuck using paper receipt books for the last 2.5 years. Every time we tried to get things running again they just kept asking for more and more money. Eventually you have to accept that you were conned.
Cons
This company operates unethically and shows no real concern for its customers.
