“Excellent tool”
Pros
This software gives us a fully integrated solution that works across multiple POS systems in our stores. Right now we have more than 2,700 stores running in a single PDI instance and it has supported that scale well as we continue planning for more growth.
Cons
From a multi-business-unit perspective, the mix-and-match promotion feature still needs work especially when it comes to reporting on the currently active lists and the promotions tied to them.
