Pros
What I love the most is how clean and simple the screen looks. There's nothing extra cluttering my view and that makes a real difference.

“smooth prescription processing”
Pros
For basic pharmacy work, this gets the job done. We process prescriptions quickly, important details like drug quantities are saved and inventory tracking has really helped us avoid stock-outs. It also connects with imaging software to pull up prescriptions which is a nice touch.
Cons
Not being compatible with Linux has been a problem for us. On top of that we get so many software updates that they end up disrupting normal operations. The reporting has had issues too and we've had to call customer support just to get reports to run.

“Saves us time and money”
Pros
Working as a pharmacy assistant I found this really helpful for building a smooth workflow. The to-do module makes it easy to store and organize everything which saves both time and money.
Cons
Sometimes the app crashes without any warning at all and that's frustrating.

The windows-style layout and the shortcuts on the left sidebar are genuinely very helpful for me.
Cons
There's a bit of a training involved in figuring out everything the software can actually do.
