“Excellent tool”

Pros

After doing a lot of research, we went with this tool and it was the best call we ever made. It's incredibly amazing, flexible and logical to understand. What really sets it apart is the support team who respond fast and truly help.

Cons

Since it is a pretty detailed system it took us some time to fully understand it but it's totally worth it though.

Customer support is great and picking it up didn't take us long at all.

Cons

Having to switch between the desktop version and the cloud back office can be a bit awkward at times.

Once I got everything set up, using it was very easy and tracking inventory stayed accurate.

Cons

The only reason I'm switching is that I now need to manage medical records alongside inventory and this tool can't handle both. For a time I was dealing with information split across two different programs.

The technology packed into this POS makes inventory tracking genuinely effortless. Customer service is fantastic and always gets back to you immediately. They really take the time to walk you through everything specific to your setup.

Honestly not a single bad experience with Pomodo.
