Offers the best customer support

Pros

I personally liked the tech support. It was quite amazing. Whenever I needed some sort of help they were there and they were excellent.

Cons

The first time I called, I had to delete a bunch of files but it did not help me in any manner. But luckily, when I called again the support team member assisted me well and solved the issue.

User-friendly

Pros

It is quite easy to run and really simple to train our new employees on.

Cons

It has a lot of glitching problems which is frustrating.

Overall a great experience

Pros

The tech support is simply the best. Plus the credit card processing works well and they even matched my rate which was the best in the industry.

Cons

Making a switch to this system was not easy. We really liked QuickBooks POS but it did not integrate with e-commerce. So with it now I am looking forward to getting our online store back up and running.

Gets the job done

Pros

Checkout with it is so easy and I find everything is simple to understand. Also it is really quick to set up and it is very user-friendly, not complicated at all.

Cons

Managing inventory is not as easy as I expected. We have to scan each individual SKU and label every product but since the sizes vary, each SKU is different. Because of that we do not really use the inventory feature much.

Provides exceptional support

Pros

Setting it up was so simple

Pros

POS Nation customer service is always great. Also I find them quite friendly and knowledgeable and they got us set up on a new workstation really quickly.

Cons

No complaints at all as It works well for us.

Simplifies business operations

Pros

My customers are happy with all the reports and receipts. What more could I ask for?

Cons

One issue is that when adding a product, there is not any sort of field available to enter how much inventory we are adding.

Transfers made simple

Pros

The support team was exceptional at explaining what they were doing and how I can handle it myself in the future.

Cons

I find the rporting a bit complex, especially when trying to run sales and inventory control reports. Like I am not sure what codes to use.

Customer service is off the next level

Pros

We have been using it for years and it is so easy to use. Every time I call for tech support, I get amazing service. I called yesterday and they helped me get back up and running quickly and properly. Plus they were quite patient too.

Cons

One thing I wish for is to be able to adjust some of the formats to meet my needs but unfortunately for now I cannot.
