“Live monitoring is great”
Pros
For me the ease of use is a big plus along with being able to monitor live income and table activity remotely including discounts and surcharges.
Cons
No table map feature available. Special menu configuration isn't always easy to figure out and kitchen tickets can be unclear. It's also pricier than some other options out there.
