simple user interface

Pros

PosBytz is incredibly easy to use. The interface is top-notch and getting around it feels natural from the start.

Cons

Amazing experience overall

Pros

An amazing system overall. Easy to use and tracking sales works well for us.

Cons

Some features specific to the pet industry are missing for us. They has said they're working on adding them which is good to hear.

user friendly product

Pros

Quite user-friendly for us and the pricing is reasonable for what we get out of it.

Cons

A lot of the features seem built around hotel businesses so retail customers like us don't get the full benefit of everything it offers.
