“Simple to use but limited backend”
Pros
Easy to pick up for us and it works live too if you have a strong internet connection.
Cons
The backend is limited and the accounting side is weak. It can't handle specific needs very well either and I have concerns about data reliability for voided transactions.

“Impressive software!”
Pros
Being able to manage and view processes and reports so effectively is a real win for us. It lets the business grow while freeing up admin time for better use. Excellent value too.
Cons
New releases sometimes come with a few bugs but honestly that's something I expect with any software.

As a startup we depend heavily on data analytics and it supports that well. We can customize reports as needed and that's made a real difference for us in understanding the business.
Cons
More dashboard options would be nice though the ability to customize reports with the team's help does make up for it.
