Pros

After more than four years using this software, I'm still really impressed by both the features and the support team. I'd highly recommend them. The POS system includes a wide range of useful features along with some very smart alerts. We're running it across all five of our premises. It's refreshing to work with an Australian company that truly understands hospitality and knows how to provide the right help.

Cons

The POS terminal doesn't include built-in Wi-Fi although they did provide us with a USB Wi-Fi adapter.
