Pros
Working here came with great benefits and pay. Training was excellent and team leaders always had my back whenever I was dealing with a tough customer.
Cons
Hours would sometimes get randomly cut and going from a 40-hour week down to 20 was really tough especially when I'm the one supporting my family.
