Using it across all parts of the business is simple and the QuickBooks integration is something I especially appreciate.
Cons
There's not much to fault but if I had to name something, I'd say written instructions for getting the most out of the program are missing. Some how-to videos would be really useful.

Pros
There's a huge amount of features here that make running the business easier and more effective. Customer service is incredible and always ready to help with anything.
Cons
Wish it had better support for print methods beyond garments like vinyl and other printing. We can manage it through the software but it's not as smooth as it could be.

Rolling it out into our existing company was really smooth. But what sets it apart is the customer service and I genuinely don't think any other company comes close.
Cons
The only thing I could even stretch to call a con is that it isn't cloud-based but honestly that's reaching.
