We found the interface simple from the very first use. It connects smoothly with our ERP and CRM tools and pricing data updates in real time which helps us stay on top of decisions.

Cons

Some advanced dashboard customization options are still limited for us and there have been a few minor adoption challenges but nothing that can't be worked out quickly.

Understanding the rules is one thing but applying them is a different story. The process feels very manual and nothing is really automated in a way that helps with day-to-day tasks like adjusting rule priorities.
