“User-friendly tool
Pros
This system is great as it automatically backs up all store data and sales every day which gives me peace of mind. Also it is user-friendly and even comes with a trial period so you can test everything out before making a decision. And since it is built for managing store operations and includes a search feature, it is quite helpful when you are trying to track down a misplaced item.
Cons
Since it runs on a subscription model, I would say the cost can feel a bit high especially for smaller businesses. Plus paying month after month adds up and that ongoing expense might make some think twice, especially when you are expecting this kind of tool to offer long term value and not just another recurring bill.

“Perfect for anyone in the antiques biz
Pros
It is very simple for clients to navigate which makes their experience smoother. Also the support team was fantastic during the setup especially when it came to installing the software and loading in our inventory. And whenever we had questions they responded quickly and were always willing to assist.
Cons
Honestly there was not much to complain about as the transition team handled everything really well. However like with any POS system the setup phase was the toughest part but we saw it coming and were ready for it.
