“flexible pricing with strong support”
Pros
Bringing together advanced rule-based pricing and simple manual pricing, it has given our large organization an efficient way to guide users toward more sophisticated pricing methods. Another big plus is the support team that has been outstanding and consistently provides useful guidance based on our specific needs. They respond quickly and usually get problems sorted out without delay. On top of that, the platform is highly flexible and offers a wide range of customization options that makes it practical for testing and refining pricing models across multiple product categories.
Cons
Using it is not as adaptive as it should be right now, especially for people without a technical background. It also does not provide a full overview across channels, since users can only look at one channel at a time.

“responsive team support”
Pros
Working with the team was a positive experience-they paid attention to what we needed and moved quickly to make updates that helped the tool work better for our specific needs.
Cons
Because the same tool has to serve several different organizations, there are some limits to how much the functionality can be tailored.

“great pricing options”
Pros
It was Customer Success Manager has been a real plus because they bring a lot of expertise to the table. The guidance has gone beyond just technical help, with strong strategic advice on what actions to take as well. There is also a very capable team behind the platform and their years of pricing experience really show. The out-of-the-box UI is simple to work with and the platform already includes a wide range of built-in options, such as competitor pricing through EAN crawling, AI integration and rule-based pricing. On top of that, it is highly customizable and it can even crawl products that are not based on EANs.
Cons
One limitation is that if you want to push all your prices outside the normal schedule, you need to reach out to support first, although this may be different if you are using API data transfer. We have also run into product dependencies that create complications, like cases where one product can only be priced if another product is included in the feed. That said, this issue is mainly caused by our own product structure.

“Support is very hands on!”
Pros
There are several strong pricing strategies available and the interface feels adaptive to use. Collaboration has also been very good, their team is clearly committed to continuously improving every part of pricing along with the underlying infrastructure. On top of that, their support team has been very reliable, with fast replies and solutions that are actually helpful.
Cons
The system does include basic analytics but the options for doing a deeper dive are still fairly limited.

“clean interface with endless control”
Pros
Their approach , basically, " if you think you can do it better than us, go build it yourself for free" - fits the way our team works really well. The interface on the end-user side is clean and simple, while the options available for administrators are almost endless.
Cons
Getting the API set up was not as simple as it should have been. Debugging custom functions can also be a bit challenging at times.

“fantastic tool”
Pros
Our Customer Success Manager consistently does everything possible to provide the best support and advice for our specific needs. Alsoo, the support team is always available and quick to help whenever we need assistance.
Cons
There is still some room for improvement when it comes to how things are organized inside the tool, for example having a clearer way to separate strategies by channel. The UI could also be more user-friendly when setting up new rules within strategies that are already in place.

“flexible pricing”
Pros
It adapts really well to different methods and ideas that has been a big plus for us. Our Customer Success Manager is always one step ahead and regularly brings in new pricing approaches we can actually use. The support team responds quickly every time and is consistently patient and helpful. They are also very willing to implement custom rules that match our specific strategies.
Cons
UI/UX could still be better. For example, setting up different rules within a pricing strategy takes a bit of time.

“Has a strong customer support department”
Pros
Unlike black-box tools, this software makes it clear what users are doing and how things work. Pricing stays under the user's control that is a big advantage and the overall flexibility is really valuable. The customer success team is very committed to finding solutions and suggesting improvements and the support is excellent, even available on weekends. In the end, it delivers very strong results and clear benefits for the company.
Cons
It could still improve a few areas, especially some ergonomic details and giving more feedback about the reasons behind pricing decisions.

Pros
It runs fast and feels very responsive. The setup options are highly detailed if you want that level of control and getting a basic setup done is also quick.

“flexible tools and responsive support”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility in the tool and it connects well with other systems. The implementation steps are clearly laid out and the roadmap for future development is communicated well. The customer success team feels professional and their support team responds quickly and is very helpful.
Cons
The pricing is fairly high and it depends quite a bit on the pricing cycles you use. The way the cost is calculated can also be a little difficult to understand at first.

“fair pricing”
Pros
it gives us the tools and data we need to stay flexible with product pricing. Setting up and testing pricing rules is simple that makes it much easier to monitor and fine-tune different assortment strategies. They've also supported us with several custom functions around elasticity and their customer support team is always fast when we have questions
Cons
I think it would be better if a broader range of reporting was included as standard.

“Good experience so far”
Pros
Managing very complex pricing rules is much more workable with it. We use it for more than 9,000 SKUs across multiple countries and currencies and it handles pricing based mainly on competitor data while also factoring in our own attributes and limits. It lets us concentrate on building the pricing logic and rule structure, while the platform takes care of the calculations and decides which rule should be prioritized for each product. The option to create custom functions in Python is also very useful and flexible to adapt.
Cons
At times, non-technical users had trouble understanding which rules were being triggered and the reasons behind them. It is also not a plug-and-play solution. Although their team was very supportive when it came to API-related questions, we still had to handle the full integration work on our side.

“pricing confidence from day one”
Pros
As a sales partner for this software, we regularly demo it to customers who are more or less familiar with the topic. Time after time, it's impressive how clearly we're able to present such a complex subject and show the huge range of possibilities it brings to new users. That only works because the platform is built in a way that makes it simple for people to understand and actually use. Once it's set up and populated with data, the value is there from day one. When customers ask whether a certain logic or pricing rule can be supported, our answer is yes in about 95% of cases. And for the remaining 5%, their outstanding support team usually steps in and resolves almost all of them. Best of all, it fits perfectly into an existing IT landscape. simple and dependable. Bottom line: even if dynamic pricing, automated price recommendations or competitor transparency feel completely unfamiliar today, it will make them feel natural very quickly.
Cons
The challenge is that this is not just about rolling out another software tool but about adopting a different mindset and a new way of approaching pricing problems. It takes trust and a certain amount of courage to move away from familiar methods.

“ahead of the market”
Pros
Using it has been very simple from the start. The team really knows what they're doing, they're available when needed and their response time is consistently fast. also, the product doesn't just feel current-it feels a step ahead of what's out there. There's also a wide range of features and functions that gives it a lot of depth.
Cons
At times, the company feels a bit too far ahead for where the market currently is. Most of the market has been conditioned to think in terms of traditional price monitoring for competitive price data. it offers much more than that but because of it, it can sometimes be harder to compare directly with vendors that provide fewer features and functions.
