It has no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

Cons

The payment processing fees are too high and that cuts into both productivity and profit margins. It also misses the mark when it comes to customer engagement tools and still lacks useful AI-driven recommendations. The software just doesn't feel like it was built for businesses like ours. The feature set is inflexible and complex. It would be much better if the platform added AI-powered feeds and smarter suggestions based on customer behavior.
