“Everything feels unorganized
Pros
Well I tried a lot to find something that I like but to be honest it is a bit tough. That said we did find it easy to add inventory. The barcode system is really nice and makes the checkout process smoother. Plus pulling sales data for monthly sales tax filing is also easy.
Cons
Nothing about this is user-friendly and the website interface is messy and hard to read even on an 18 screen. It did not integrate with our payment processor, so we had to work around it entering card purchases as checks and checks as cash. As an antique store with consignors, some who come to us are elderly and they had a hard time entering inventory. One even started deselecting the sales tax and honestly, I have no idea why. And there is no way to stop them from doing that and it was a huge headache. Also there's no way to pull ALL the data using a DETAILED sales report which has made tax filing each year much more complicated and time-consuming.

“Makes all the difference
Pros
Well we really LOVE it. They are always there to answer questions and us help out. Each member of the support team is friendly and patient. Overall everyone is amazing. We were new to all of this and they made the transition so smooth. I would say it is worth the investment!

I really cannot think of anything I don't like.

“Didn't match what was promised
Pros
It was supposed to solve our problems but it ended up being the problem. Like it did not allows you collect booth rent from the beginning. You just have to credit your consignors instead.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that tech support knows nothing about their own program and just blames the glitches on QuickBooks.

The inventory management and having the app on both the phone and the computer are something I like about it.
Cons
As a consigner, there are two stores and every time I use the app, I have to select the other store. I feel like there should be an option to default to one store. The session times out and switching tabs from Inventory to Payout doesn't refresh in real time when this happens. Also the iPhone app needs to keep me logged in instead of constantly timing out. It refuses to save my username and password so I waste a lot of time typing it in again. The Category/Brand section should allow Consignor admin to add new categories or brands as needed. It would also be great if there were extra fields like Color and Size. Label support is pretty bad too as they force you to use expensive DYMO labels and the small labels cut off after just a few letters without warning. On my MacBook the large labels took a lot of effort to print properly.

Pros
I find it perfect for managing inventory and is easy to use. Also it offers great features like Inventory Management, Accounting and Retail CRM that really help me manage my data well.
Cons
Well I did not have any issues with managing my tasks and from my side, there's no downside to this software.

It is very easy to use. Plus exporting existing inventory and vendor data was not a problem for me anymore.
Cons
Me personlly thing it is a bit pricey for someone in Canada especially with the exchange rate.
