Pros

If you like very old school software then you might like this.

Cons

I think it comes across like a Windows version of an old DOS program. The website makes it look modern and up to date and suggests it works across Windows android and iOS. Actually though the mPOS only runs on iOS and even then the functionality is limited. None of that is made clear on the website which feels very misleading. Definitely request a demo first or better yet, avoid it altogether.

Pros

The reporting tools are very useful for managing purchasing decisions and planning around sales seasons. We also have several users in the system at the same time while the POS is operating and it handles that without problems. Issues are very rare. The only challenge we ran into was linking the system to our Shopify store so we had to go through a third-party service. That said RICS has now released its own online connection software and we're planning to explore that option now.

Cons

We would still like to see a connection to QuickBooks since our accountant uses it.
