“Helpful consignor history tracking”
Pros
One thing that really worked well was having the intake history saved for each consignor. It was also a big help that the software developer assisted us with moving all of our paper records into the system by using an Excel sheet to build our initial consignor database.
Cons
A downside was that items did not automatically transfer into store inventory after a set number of days. I also felt that the reporting screen was not very effective or particularly useful.

Pros
I really wanted this to work since I already use a Square register. During the free trial, I ran into a few issues and instead of helping me sort them out, they emailed me and suggested I find a different program.
Cons
It just doesn't work, there's no customization and the support is poor.

Pros
Walking into a chaotic consignment business was overwhelming but Rose made the turnaround possible. Their developer worked closely with us the whole way, staying patient, professional and incredibly committed. We've been extremely happy with how simple it is to enter stock, manage inventory and connect everything with Square for Retail. The support team has been consistently available and they've always come across as understanding, dependable and genuinely dedicated. Our vendors also love being able to check their accounts online anytime, day or night. We're the only outlet around offering that to vendors and Rose has been a huge part of that.
Cons
I have nothing negative to say. If anything, I just wish more software providers delivered this same level of product quality and customer service that we've received from Rose for Consignment.

“Free trial with zero support”
Pros
I was really looking forward to the Square POS and inventory integration. On the surface, the interface looked more polished than Square's own inventory item entry and it seemed like it would save me a lot of time. I also appreciated that the designer took the time to walk me through it. Customer service matters more than anything to me though and that has to be shown through actions, not just words.
Cons
Right now I'm still on the free trial and after emailing for a full week, I still haven't gotten a single response. I haven't been able to use the program at all because it either won't save or it just keeps spinning endlessly. I even have a video showing me trying for more than five minutes just to get something to work. There has been no information from the company and no reply to any of my emails. If you offer someone a limited free trial, communication should be part of that experience. I started noticing warning signs and at this point they feel major. Be careful. I can tolerate a program having an occasional lag but this has been going on for days with absolutely no communication. As a small business owner, I need to trust the software I use, otherwise it affects my credibility. I'm really disappointed this didn't work out because I truly believed it would do what the advertising promised. Now I have to begin all over again.

“square integration that just works”
Pros
Using it has been a big plus for me especially because it connects smoothly with Square which I've relied on for years. That familiarity makes one of the most important parts of my business-handling the money-very easy to manage.
Cons
The overall design of the program does look a little outdated but it handles a lot really well so it hasn't been a major issue for me.

Bookkeeping, tagging and inventory tracking take a lot less time with this software which has been a big help.
Cons
I've been very happy with the software. The only thing I'd like is the ability to save brands but it's not a major issue.

Pros
One of the biggest advantages of this tool is that consignors can add their own inventory and keep up with their sales on their own. It's also a big plus that the system integrates directly with Square.
Cons
For consignors to actually view their sales, I still have to do the extra step of batching each day's sales and depending on my schedule that can take several days or sometimes even a week. At the moment I only work with a small number of consignors and this software really seems better suited for stores that are mostly consignment-based or at least have around half their inventory coming from consignors.

This software works well for handling consignment in a business which is a big reason I value it. There really aren't many tools on the market that offer this so it fills a pretty specific need.
Cons
Getting around the system is a bit confusing at the beginning especially while you're still learning how everything is laid out.

Label printing stood out and the labels themselves come out looking really nice. We also appreciate the inventory management tools for our consignors since they help us keep everything organized.
Cons
Every now and then the system slows down and logs us out unexpectedly which can be frustrating. Also, because our business is a bit specific-we sell plants and handle both wholesale and consignment-some of the features don't really fit the way we operate.

I really appreciate is how well this software connects with Square. It makes tracking consignments very simple and customers feel reassured knowing their items will be properly credited back to them.
Cons
I do wish there were a way to bundle items together and assign credit to more than one consignor on a single item.

“Fantastic software”
Pros
Coming from a terrible experience with another POS system, switching to it was such a relief. We really can't say enough about how user-friendly the system is and how excellent the customer service has been. Even when the problem turns out to be on our side because of user error, our customer representative, gets back to us incredibly fast, usually within five minutes or less. He explains the fix in a way that's clear and simple for those of us who aren't very tech-savvy. The tutorial videos are also right on target. Our vendors especially appreciate being able to see current information on their inventory at any time. Overall, the software is wonderful and the care and support behind it have been just as impressive.
Cons
Only downside is that we wish we had chosen them from the beginning.

Connecting with Square POS has been a big plus and the reporting makes it simple to handle payouts for consignors.

They still don't offer Etsy integration but I'm confident they'll add it since they've always been very responsive to my needs and feature requests.
