The POS features work really well and being able to remote in is a big plus.

Setting up promotions has been challenging for me.

It's accessible and quick to learn. The features feel thoughtfully built for the specific needs of the industry and they keep adding new functions on a regular basis. Customer service has also been outstanding.

Cons

Reporting is one area that still needs work. Right now its not very efficient because the exact data I need to make well-informed business decisions often isn't available.

Learning the software doesn't take too much time. The features are simple so it's pretty easy to learn and become proficient with the system.

To make the receptionist role more effective, I think client confirmation reports really need to be accessible to receptionists.
