I was searching for a complete and well designed salon software that met all my technological needs. I found Salonist and it has proven useful up to now.

Cons

This salon software has very much streamlined my daily operations and exceeded my expectations. The Salonist team provided guidance and honestly its been hassle free. Managing appointments is simple and no training is needed. Tracking and following up with customers has become much easier. I now manage my large inventory of salon products in an organized way. The billing system also allows customers to choose their payment methods. Also I can notify customers about their appointments via SMS and email. The best part is the option for a customized package.

Salonist software is not multilingual but aside from that its perfect.

The best feature of Salonist software is its ability to keep detailed records of each customer in an organized manner. Its both manageable and easy to access.

I have not found any cons so far but I am looking forward for further improvements. Salonist is doing a great job.

Salonist has helped me overcome the daily challenges of running a salon. It logs everything including current access, the number of customers, revenue and product replacements. Even when I am away I can track everything. The reduction in paperwork has lessened my stress as it allows me to focus on more important tasks. Thank you, Salonist for such priceless software.

Cons

It will be better if they minimize the need for gathering customer details but overall the software is fantastic and we love it. It manages everything we need.
