it provides everything salons and spas need from front end to back end features including employee management, customer relations and marketing. You can plan your next years campaigns in advance and the automation takes care of the rest. It offers various payment collection options and is worth every penny. There is no need for additional subscriptions and clients can even complete their forms. Everything is in one place.

In Salonist it is hard to find cons because the Salonist software is continually upgraded. One area for improvement could be the Android app for Salonist customers. However they do offer custom apps for individual businesses for an additional fee which I have not tried yet but would be interested in exploring soon.

Honestly I have only reached out for support once and the response was slower than expected. In my opinion they should work on improving their response time so that customer support tickets are addressed within 24 hours.
