“conveniently customizable reservations and tips”
Pros
Booking appointments is really convenient for me and the confirmation log and referral features are both very helpful. It's also nice that gratuity can be added even after the card has already been processed.
Cons
Back in the day it used to freeze here and there but they must've fixed it or something because that doesn't ever happen now.
